Mental health issues are common in every society. In Lebanon, one in four people will experience a mental health problem throughout their lives. We just don’t hear about them as much as other illnesses, because the topic is still a taboo. Some also choose to suffer in silence. But we believe no one should.
We are trying to get the conversation going, get people to speak up, and make sure anyone suffering from negative thoughts, anxiety, depression or even low self-esteem can get the right support they need.
