As an awareness support network, we need to break the silence around suicide and mental health. There are so many ways that you can get involved. Here are some. If you have an idea, get in touch with the team at Embrace.

Raise Awareness

One thing that we can all do, is break the silence around depression and suicide. Start the conversation. Talk to those around you. If you know someone suffering, refer them to the site or the Embrace Lif      eLine. Or simply send in a message of support on https://embracelebanon.org/record-your-message-of-support/.

Register to our Volunteer Database

Embrace volunteers are comprised of patients, parents, siblings, friends, partners, professionals and members of the community who share in the belief to end the stigma around mental illness and promote mental wellbeing in the community.

Your involvement with Embrace contributes to the helping and healing of those afflicted. Your compassion and care are vital to making this happen.

Embrace is open to anyone interested in being a part of our mission. Our Volunteers benefit from receiving our periodical newsletter and annual report and are continuously updated regarding our events and volunteer opportunities
